Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Manager you know that every day is different, which is why you need to know how to:

• Training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining warehouse employees
• Supervising the activities of warehouse employees while maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Creating, implementing, and enforcing the warehouse’s standard operational procedures and policies as they relate to receiving, handling, and storing of our products
• Identifying warehouse system improvements
• Working to establish best practices while documenting all warehouse procedures
• Enforcing productivity while continuing to develop and improve existing operations
• Evaluating and prioritizing daily workloads and schedules-managing employee shifts with an objective of improving efficiency
• Overseeing strict inventory control and building maintenance
• Interfacing between warehouse staff and production crews to coordinate daily logistics and overall operations
• Running the overall day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless transitions for all incoming and outgoing crew, vehicles, and equipment
• Alerting management to performance issues and inventory issues
• Ensuring proper execution of all policies and procedures with regard to warehouse organization, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Other duties as tasked by management

 Your Experience:

• We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require;
• Must be willing to work at least a 10-hour shift Friday – Monday between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. plus overtime, holidays, weekends, and late shifts as required
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Must have background or experience at the managerial level in a warehouse environment
• Must have 5+ years in a similar warehouse environment overseeing a crew of 3-5 employees.
• Inbound and outbound experience, preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and organization skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver’s License is a must
• Prior supervisory experience a must
